Poker Aces refers to two aces dealt pre-flop. It's the best possible pre-flop hand inTexas Holdem Poker. But regardless a great many gamblers find themselves on the losing end when dealt these cards.

When you are given a set of Aces, you just do not drop out pre-flop. You're positioned with the greatest possible hand at this stage of the game. So how do you wager with Poker Aces ? Do you simply go all-in? I'd say definitely no to that.

Always remember, you're trying to generate as much profit out of this strong position. You want to maximize the opportunity. Going all-in will simply drive most competitors into folding before laying a wager.

If you are in the starting spot (1st or second to cast a bet), you will make a single wager. Any person with a decent hand will call, hopefully a person might raise. If there has been a raise don't hop to re-raise or call, wait for a small bit - make them think you're considering your options and then call.

After the flop your tactic will be to get rid of anyone that could be able to build a straight or a flush. So I would begin to raise boldly, if you are lucky you will fool one player into thinking that you are faking it.

If you're in the center or late spot (one of the last to wager) you will watch as everyone calls and then raise. Even with you holding a pair of aces, if you can try to avert a show-down. Protect your hand by forcing the other players drop out after the flop. If you don't abolish your opponents you chance squandering your hand.
